As a hobby Joe started balloon twisting for his daughter in 2010 when she was 3. After seeing her joy of balloons and
discovering his hidden talent, he quickly started Joe's Party Animals in 2011. Joe has been working full time making
great balloons ever since!
He soon added other great creative services like face painting, glitter tattoos and spin art. He has worked everything
